Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for ensuring that proposed exterior alterations and property maintenance by homeowners comply with the standards set forth in the Covenants and adopted guidelines. This responsibility includes the regular review of all applications for exterior alterations submitted by homeowners. In the North Crossing Community, the goals of the ARC are to
- Establish architectural guidelines that enhance the overall design of the Community; and,
- Review requests from residents for variances from the established guidelines.
The ARC will periodically survey the community for compliance with the guidelines and maintenance needs.
