At the annual meeting we selected a new board of directors. Your new board members are Doug Grimmett, Colin O'Dell, and Cyrus Chenoy. Our goal is to serve the North Crossing Homeowners association to the best of our abilities and to ensure our every resident's concerns and recommendations are heard.  To better serve our community we would like to hear from you. The City of Frederick will start weekly curbside pick-up of yard waste next month, a new service for residents and progress toward higher environmental protection standards. Effective Oct. 1, 2018, residents’ yard waste pick-up will occur on the same day as their currently scheduled solid waste (trash) pick-up. This new schedule will replace the current twice-per-month schedule for yard waste collection in their location. This change will be effective year-round.

With the new lane-line striping on Christopher’s Crossing between McClellan Dr and Opossumtown Pike, the lanes (in both directions) are now open to carry traffic.  On-street parking is therefore no longer permitted along Christopher’s Crossing per the City of Frederick.

Our community will hold a Fall Yard Sale on September 29th.  An advertisement will be placed in the Frederick News-Post.
