How do I stop the free newspaper from littering our community every week?

Frederick News Post will not take a blanket request from Management to cease throwing the free "What's inside4U" paper in your driveway every Thursday.  Individual homeowners have to call to request a STOP DELIVERY.  If you step over this paper every week, and never read it, PLEASE call to help clean up North Crossing.

Call Tina at 301-662-1177 ext 8515 to give her your address.  THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for taking the time to do this!!

Townhomes:  Replacing your Roof?

The original shingle was a 3-tab TAMKO Slatestone Gray.
If you want to change to an architectural shingle, a matching color would be Certainteed Colonial Slate. Certainteed also has a similar 3-tab shingle in Slate Gray.  You must submit an ARC application for all roofing work as these are the only approvable colors.
